The top US diplomat is coming to the Philippines as tensions escalate in the region. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to meet with President Bongbong Marcos and Foreign Affairs chief Enrique Manalo tomorrow to discuss the way forward for Manila-Washington ties.
